UCC11 Information Request - Search (Complete Form and Instructions)   The Certification and Filing Division will provide Revised Article 9 (RA9) standard search results on all Information Requests as per North Carolina Administrative Code, 18 NCAC 05B .0503, for a fee of $38.00 per debtor name. In the past, we have provided non-standard search results on Information Requests to identify all debtor names that have not been in compliance with RA9. If you prefer a non-standard search, please indicate NON-STANDARD on the UCC-11 Information Request form and we will be glad to provide one for a fee of $38.00 per debtor name.
