Major Business Journals
Charlotte has become a major international banking center, the Triad (Winston-Salem, Greensboro and High Point) is a major manufacturing region and the Triangle (Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill) is the state's center for higher education and high tech research, start-ups and production.

The Business Journal of Charlotte, the Triad Business News  and the Triangle Business Journal can give you insight into the business sectors of the communities they serve.

Major Television Stations
Once again, we don't have room to list all of the state's television stations. Both
WBTV in Charlotte and WRAL in Raleigh  serve a substantial portion of North Carolina's population. The UNC Center for Public Television is North Carolina's public television network.

North Carolina News Network
This subsidiary of the Capitol Broadcasting Company provides state news, business, weather and sports feeds to member stations all over North Carolina. If you have RealPlayer, you can listen to the feeds via your computer.

North Carolina Newspapers Online
This North Carolina Press Association site lists all members newspapers with an on-line presence. This is a very useful resource for exploring North Carolina's newspaper industry.

North Carolina Radio Stations

The Insider
