North Carolina State Constitution
This is the most recent version of the State Constitution available and includes three amendments passed by voters in 2004. Edited by constitutional scholar John Sanders, retired director of the N.C. Institute of Government at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, this volume includes a detailed history of the State Constitution from the Revolutionary War to the present. This volume is a wonderful resource for anyone studying North Carolina history and the state's political and legal system.
