The Unified Registration Statement
www.nonprofits.org/library/gov/urs -- This site contains information about the Unified Registration Statement (URS), a joint effort by the National Association of State Charities Officials (NASCO), the National Association of Attorneys General (NAAG), and members of the charitable and professional fundraising community to develop a uniform statement form sufficient for filing as a registration or license application in multiple states. Many states accept the URS, and the site provides a list of these states.
