GET STARTED!
You must establish an account on the Secretary of State's website to order documents
online with an ACH Account or by Credit Card. If you already have an account
to purchase orders online, you do not need to create a new account.
Please skip to the instructions for selecting payment options
for existing users.
- From the Corporation's homepage, click "Start An Order".
- At the Login screen, choose "Create a New Account".
- Determine the type of account you wish to create; Commercial or Individual.
Complete all fields, including name, address, phone and fax numbers.
- Complete the Email Address fields with addresses of
- the person to be notified on behalf of the entity
- the person to receive Document Notifications
- the person to receive copies of invoices (marked as paid)
- Enter the ACH Information.
- Account Routing:
- Account Number:

When you are finished, click to Enable ACH.
Note, if creating an Individual Account to allow an authorized representative to
order documents on behalf of a Commercial account, DO NOT enter the corporation's
ACH information here. The authorized representative will automatically be linked
to the Commercial account by updating the Commercial account's profile with the
name of the representative. See below.
- Create a User ID and Password of your choosing. There is no limit to the number
of characters.
- Click "Continue" to view a confirmation page of your entries.
How to Enable ACH Transactions in an Existing Account
It is not necessary to create a new account in order to purchase documents online
using credit card or ACH transactions. You simply need to update the Commercial
Account's profile with the ACH Account information.
- Go to "Start An Order" at the Corporation's home page.
- Log in to the system with your current User ID and Password.
- Click "Maintain My Profile" in the far left column.
- Enter the ACH Information.
- Account Routing
- Account Number
- When you are finished, click to Enable ACH.
To view all representatives currently authorized to purchase documents online, click
"Manage My Reps". If a user is listed here as a representative on the Commercial
Account, it is not necessary to update a representative's Individual Account Profile
with ACH account information.
Ready, Set, Buy!
- To purchase documents online, click "Start An Order".
- Log in with your User ID and Password.
- After selecting the name of the corporation you are searching for, click on
"Order Documents Online" at the top of the page.
- Add to your cart the documents you wish to purchase. When you are finished,
click "Check Out".
- To pay by Credit Card, choose the "Credit Card" option at the Payment
Type drop-down box, and proceed to "Complete Checkout".
- At the "Account Information" screen, complete the fields with name, address, card
name, card number and expiration date.
- Select "Continue" and a "Transaction Approved" screen will generate a Transaction
Number for your records.
- To pay by ACH Account, select the "ACH" option at the "Payment Type"
drop down box when you're ready to Check Out.
- Agree to the "Terms of Agreement to Pay for Online Order" and continue to the "Transaction
Approved, Cart Complete" screen. This will create an Invoice Number for your
records.
